Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be subject to shipping charges displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

BlueRose is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
